The firm was set up by Mr. Puneet Singhvi in 2006, and grown significantly. The firm has all around experience of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Income Tax Assessment Proceedings, Sales Tax Assessment Proceedings, and Search & Survey Conducted by Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, Service Tax Matters and Regulatory Matters. Further the firm has recently indulged itself into SEBI compliances.
